8. Code of Conduct

• Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of spa policies will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Respect towards staff and property is mandatory.

9. Payments & Pricing

• All services must be paid as per the pricing at the time of booking.
• Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Memberships & Packages

• Memberships and packages are subject to validity periods and usage terms.
• They are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
