2. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments are recommended in advance to ensure availability.
- Walk-ins are accepted based on slot availability.
- Clients are advised to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3–4 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking or applicable charges.
4. Health & Medical Disclosure
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to the session.
- The management is not liable for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
5. Pregnancy Policy
- Services for pregnant clients will only be provided with prior medical approval.
- Certain therapies and pressure points will be modified or avoided for safety.
6. Nature of Services
- All therapies provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
7. Hygiene & Safety
- We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards across all branches.
- Clients are expected to follow spa guidelines and maintain personal hygiene.
8. Code of Conduct
- Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of spa policies will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
- Respect towards staff and property is mandatory.
9. Payments & Pricing
- All services must be paid as per the pricing at the time of booking.
- Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Memberships & Packages
- Memberships and packages are subject to validity periods and usage terms.
- They are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
11. Personal Belongings
- Clients are advised to take care of their personal belongings.
- Bodhi Health & Wellness is not responsible for any loss or damage.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in case of health risks, misconduct, or violation of policies.
13. Liability Disclaimer
- All services are availed at the client’s own discretion and risk.
- Bodhi Health & Wellness shall not be held liable for any unforeseen reactions or outcomes.
